Appraisal services: From formal to verbal (Everything but the real estate). Sometimes the Court will require an appraisal of the contents, especially if it is a large estate), ($150/hour).
Sale of all vehicles (by silent bid): Our method of requiring a silent written bid on all vehicles has achieved some amazing results!
Our fee is only 10%. Auctions will charge you 20% (10% plus 10%). You can name your own minimum and we might end up with only 8%. This includes aircraft and boats as well.
